It's that time of year again 
for those of you who know me know I like my bike riding (non-pedal large-engine variety)
Anyway, once again I will be raising money for The Royal British Legion
by riding 1000 miles in under 24 hours.
I don't ask for much, but in this instance I will make an exception :-
